Technical Materials

PEEK Filament is the polymer with the highest performance, in terms of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance, among semi-crystalline thermoplastics. The chemical compatibility with most acids, bases and organic solvents, even at high temperatures, makes this material the main candidate for replacing metals in the most aggressive work environments from a chemical and thermal point of view.

CARBON PEEK Filament: incorporates a 10% carbon fiber reinforcement into the PEEK matrix for greater resistance. This material offers long-term performance up to 240°C, including exceptional chemical resistance. These properties make it particularly suitable for Metal Replacement applications in extreme working environments, such as petrochemical, aerospace and automotive.

ULTEM Filament: is a high-performance amorphous polymer that combines excellent thermal properties, extraordinary dimensional stability, flame retardancy and good chemical resistance. It is ideal for components in the transport sector thanks to its FST certification.

CARBON PA: is a nylon 6 matrix composite reinforced with 20% carbon fiber, which gives the material mechanical properties such that it can replace aluminum metal alloys. These exceptional properties were achieved thanks to careful design of the material starting from the choice of the polyamide matrix, up to the study of the length and nature of the short fiber. The potential of this material allows Metal Replacement applications and solutions in the most varied sectors.

- Ecological PA-CF, nylon based, 20% carbon fibre;

- Uniform printing, odorless, matte finish printing effect;

- High strength, high rigidity, good toughness, wear resistance, adapt to industrial parts

- HD T Top 160℃, so suitable for high temperature occasion;

- Compared with nylon, it has lower shrinkage and distortion rate, high precision without warped edges;

- Good flame resistance, flame retardant level: UL94-V2;
